Why Vitamin D?!

Vitamin D is an essential supplement if you don't live in a tropical climate. Proper immune function starts when one's blood level is at or above 50 ng/mL.

Research shows most people need at least 5000 IU per day to reach this blood level. Taking vitamin D with a certain level of vitamin k2 is important to ensure the vitamin D gets to the right places in your body. This formula has both! 

This LIQUID formula seems to be better absorbed than most vitamin D supplements out there, I've found.
